WINE CONSULTATION MAY INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF  THE FOLLOWING:

  • Preliminary research
  • Organization of tastings with you and the wine representatives to sample wines
  • Second round of research to eliminate options and hone the list
  • Placement of the first wine orders and facilitation of communication between you and wine representatives
  • Follow-up consultation on an hourly basis
  • Staff training on the wine descriptions, pairing, and presentation
  • Design of the wine list: text only or text and graphic design
  • Organization and curation of a wine tasting event to premiere  and promote the new wines

WINE WRITING AND EDITORIAL/ PROMOTIONAL SERVICES/ TRANSLATION

  • Annie is a published travel, food, and wine writer with an authoritative and engaging tone.  She will provide fast and style-appropriate material for projects ranging from promotional press releases to full length feature articles.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, Annie is also available for wine/food/travel translation projects.
